What it’s like to smoke your pre-work out and not drink it!

Have you ever thought about what is actually in that pre-work out drink of yours?  It’s tons of un-natural additives and stimulants that at the end of the day just are plain bad for you.

Trust me it’s not good for your health!  

Cannabis Sativa is a great pre-work out.  My favorite is “green crack”  Don’t let that name scare you.  It will give you energy and also numb the aches and pains that you have and give you the chance to have a great workout.  I love to smoke this before I run or go to the gym to lift weights.  If you have never smoked before a work out I suggest you take it slow.  When doing a high energy work out you definitely want to use a sativa.  A hybrid or Indica are great for Yoga or pilates.  What do you smoke before you work out?  How does it make you feel?

Cannabis Sativa are known to be extremely pungent smelling, with aromas ranging from sweet and fruity, to earthy with undertones of diesel fuel.  Sativa plants are tall, loosely branched and have long, narrow leaves. They are usually grown outdoors and can reach heights of up to 20 feet.  Sativa seems to thrive in the warmer equatorial climates, such as Colombia, Mexico, Thailand and Southeast Asia. Indica grows better in the cooler temperatures and high altitude of the Hindu Kush mountain range, including regions of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Morocco, Nepal and Turkey.
